Fortify Software's Application Security Solutions Approved for U.S. Air Force Networks

SAN MATEO, Calif., April 14, 2008 - Members of the U.S. Air Force Infostructure Architecture Council (IAC) have approved Fortify Software’s Fortify 360® application security suite for use on U.S. Air Force networks. Following a stringent technical review, Fortify’s source code analysis, program trace analysis, run-time analysis and security management console were given placement on the Infostructure Technology Reference Model (i-TRM), which is the official repository for Air Force communications and information technical standards as well as standardized product, service and platform profiles and policies. The i‑TRM provides strategy and guidance to designers, developers and other information technology officers within the military and federal government.
